Definitions

Website: Site, 2Follow, 2Follow.io, www.2follow.io is the platform for providing services, which will be referred to on this page.
Services: All the items are available on the 2Follow website.
User: All the visitors who use services using PCs, Smart Phones, or any other devices.
Payment: The method user pays for the service to the service provider.
Link: Target Recipient of Service user pays for.
Order ID: A unique ID issued for a User's order after order submission.

All users must read and accept the Terms of Service before using 2Follow services.
User must enter order information correctly. This information includes Links, Order settings, and Contact Information.
To track orders, the User must provide the order id or recipient link
After submission of the order, it is not possible to pause, cancel, or refund it unless it is declared in the platform for that service.
2Follow is not responsible for any damage, suspension, drop, or any other issue that happens by using available services on the website, and the User must take services according to their research.

After order submission, There is no way to cancel or refund the paid amount. In case of any error that happens during order execution, we will contact you with the entered contact information.
In case of any error in the transaction, you need to contact the payment service provider to resolve the issue. Also, you can contact our support regarding payment issues with your order ID.

In case of fraudulent activity and suspicious transactions, 2Follow may stop order execution to verify the User's identity and billing information.
